I went out to dinner with my husband and my toddler son last night so I'm certain it was the closing shift, and EVERYONE... I do mean everyone was fantastic! Everyone that we encountered and even just the ones I witnessed looked like they actually enjoyed being there. Out waitress was AMAZING and attentive. I'm embarrassed to say I forgot to get her name. The manager walked around and checked on every table in my view and went above the norm to ask us if we wanted more salad (not to say the waitress wasn't being attentive) but he was definitely paying attention to his customers. He even bid us goodnight on our way out to our car in the parking lot. The buser was clearing tables VERY quickly. The bartender was pleasant and being attentive to her work and the gentleman in her section. Everyone was working around each other very cohesively and I appreciate the pleasant atmosphere your staff has created. I don't live in Citrus County, but we will be back for more family date nights so thank you to the Olive Garden staff, they are a clear reflection of their management in my opinion.Kid-friendliness: I brought my 2 year old and he was sufficiently entertained. They have coloring sheets, high chairs and booster seats if needed. They offer kid friendly food and drink options.

Food has seriously changed. Used to be one my favorite place to eat. Food has a terrible after tase. Not nearly as flavorful server wasn't very good either. Their was anouther server in our area who was way better and helped us along. The server he had kept having to be reminded to do things or be flagged down and barley came to our table. As a server myself I was extremely disappointed.

Hostess had bad attitude and was rude. Took forever for server to come to table. Food was good. I do not like the new blue jean clad employee attire. Really cheapens the feel of the restaurant. Music way too loud. Hostess never acknowledged when we left.
Gretel was the most amazing waitress I’ve ever come across. It’s so refreshing to see someone actually LOVE their job and her customers. The next time I go back, I’m requesting Gretel! Thank you so much!!

We went to Olive Garden over the weekend and had a wonderful experience. We had Kyle as our server and he was fantastic! Very attentive and personable. Our son has a shellfish allergy and he and the rest of the staff took great care in making sure he was safe while we were there. The manager even came out to make sure she told us how his steak would be separated and cooked. We are grateful to have had the staff we did. 10/10 will definitely be going back to this location!Dietary restrictions: Our son has a shellfish allergy and the staff were amazing at accommodating him to make sure he also had a pleasant and safe experience dining with us. We couldn't be happier with the service we received.
