My husband and I both ordered strawberry banana smoothies and they were SOOOO delicious. No added sugar, naturally sweet as a smoothie should be. Also, our food was on point! Fresh, hot, quite perfect actually. Yes, Panera is a tad bit more expensive but, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for!

Yesterday we went to Panera in Inverness. We ordered a sandwich, 2 cinnicrunch bagels and 2 cream cheese. We got home and the cream cheese was missing. I called immediately and spoke to Alea (sp). She said we could pick up the next day and/or get our money back. Since we had the bagels for breakfast when husband went in later today he requested a refund (he had receipts in hand). Well, they totally would not give the money back. He couldn't even buy more cinnicrunch as they were out. So now we have the specialty cream cheese and no bagels. Bad customer service at this location. We will not be back!!

This panera has gone downhill. You order a full salad, and you get the bowl halfway. What a joke. I specifically asked if they still had the $1 soup promotion, and they said yes, they charged the whole price and then used my rewards to lower it to the dollar. When I brought up the mistake to the male manager, he was very aggressive and blamed me. Be careful if you have rewards check because they used my rewards I was saving, for the promotion of the soup Which I caught. They're not applying the rewards as they should. Instead of owing up for the mistake, the manager was aggressive, blaming me and gave me a bad dining experience. 0 stars for panera.

Very disappointed your Fiesta chicken sandwich and blt We had was sparse a piece or two of small lettuce greens a tiny piece of cheese one little tomato. The soup bread bowls were good. But for 35.00 I expected something between the sandwich. Girl at the cashier was not family with your products. Toojays from now on.

Horrible service the front end was just looking at her phone the entire time and it took her 5 minutes to even look up at me i said excuse me 4 times while she is just watching TikTok or something like the young people do Anyways i had a chicken bacon rancher and it was missing chicken and it just had a lot of onions and when i did get the chicken it was cold and the next day i went for bagel Tuesday and they were all cut diagonally Ps: I got sick from the chicken so i am writing a law suit as of now

I’m still sitting in the drive thru over 15 minutes waiting for an egg sandwich and drink. I’m the only person here. 5 employees standing around that I can see through the window. First and last time at a Panera, that’s for sure..

This is actually a joke. This how full the dressings come. Luckily they give you 2 but what am I actually supposed to do with this? And then they have the nerve to talk about waste when you order online. What’s wasteful is using two sauce cups for every meal with barely enough dressing to fill one. Every time I order from here or Panera in general I’m dissatisfied and disappointed. I don’t even know why I try.
