Ordered two hot lattes and they were delivered ice cold. Pretty upsetting. This Panera has gone way downhill over past several years. I have had multiple occasions waiting in the drive through for a ridiculous amount of time. The quality of their food has decreased, the sandwiches are usually made real sloppy, and the price for the value of the food is not worth it.

I’ve gone to this Panera for years, I’m super patient with the food industry because I get it can get busy. I have ordered ahead of time through the app and still haven’t waited 15+ minutes in the drive thru line just about every single time. The last time I was there I waited 15 minutes and the order was wrong. I’m not sure if it’s management or poor work moral but the efficiency for timing needs to be better. This isn’t a time occurrence, it’s every time at this location no matter the time of day.

Ordered at the in-store kiosk with virtually no customers is the store for take out. Steak and wake sandwich and ham egg and cheese sandwich. The picture below is what I got. 2 egg and cheese with no meat. At $7 a sandwich to not put meat on 2 sandwiches is poor service.

Worst Panera I’ve been to. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, they didn’t give me the cream cheese. Ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese; they only put egg on the sandwich-no sausage or cheese

Sticky floors zero persons to receive guests at the counter and the kitchen absolutely horribly slow. Way too many people on staff walking around and not enough jumping on lines to clear orders or jump on register when people are waiting on the order kiosk . If there is an expectation given to the employees they are down right ignoring them and if the employees are not provided standards and expectations then you need to manage your business. This was an very slow afternoon and with the 6 employees I could just see they were way over staffed. Let's get back to the basics of good product good service good experience

Came to dine in today and to purchase the steak dippers and I always add lettuce and tomato to my sandwich. The cashier just walks away and manager was called to the register to tell me that it was not possible . I would have to buy an item that I could add lettuce and tomato to get lettuce tomato. I asked if I could buy it separately and kept telling me no. This is the first Panera bread that I've been to that were not able to meet that expectation. It is atrocious to think that they would prefer to lose a loyal customer than to sell me a little bit of lettuce and tomato for my sandwich. Do better. I will continue to go to Panera bread just not this location. Customer service is

Went through drive through and it was more of a park through. I ordered a pick two and I waited an entire 40 mins with only one other person in line. When I got my food my sandwich was cold AND burnt, with the wrong bread (u guys are Panera bread and u don’t know bread?) and the soup was absolutely watered down, broccoli cheddar literally taste like butter mixed with water and broccoli. The only positive was the front window woman was very nice and apologized for the wait.

I met Julie at 7:28 and she is a breath of fresh air. I did not have a great day at work but she made it much better. Pay her more because she is worth it! I’m coming back.

Greeted counter person with a smile and good morning greeting, and got no response.
Returned dirty knife for clean one…none were available. Asked to have my cinnamon roll to be heated up, and was told the microwave was under the coffee urns. So I stood on my head to heat up the roll. The floors were dirty, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. When I spend $39.00 for breakfast I expect cleanliness, friendliness, and quality service.
I eat at Panera Restaurants around the country, this was the absolute worst experience ever at a Panera, and the first negative review I’ve ever written on a restaurant. It was BAD!
