Management works very hard and the service associates and prudent with the enviroment and area of location. Overall we live in a very, very critique and judgemental centric-culture and with the op-tempo and growing area. They are doing just fine!Keep the good work!

Panera bread Company is one of my go to when I’m traveling for coffee, and meetings on zoom. The staff at this Panera bread company was excellent… The Wi-Fi sucked… It dropped every 20 minutes or so and I had to reconnect my zoom groups.

I think they only hire high school kids at this location as most of them don’t know the meaning of customer service. I asked for some more utensils and she tossed it instead of handing it to me. Perhaps your parents should have taught you basic

Counter associate very, very rude. We were bothering her with our order because she wanted to clean up and go home. Time was 7:30. This person needs to be fired!! I watched the counter as we ate in and she was not friendly with anyone. This PANERA was also out of key food items to complete meals. Maybe management should be looked into as well. Certainly a bad experience and we will not be back. If Inverness Panera does not want customers, CLOSE IT.
Everything about my visit was enjoyable. The food was delicious and the manager, Riley was the sweetest part. She was knowledgeable, professional and extremely kind. She is definitely a huge asset to the company. We will be back again!

While dinning in on Tue 1/23/24 at 5pm until 6:30pm, I observed the Gm Rylee sitting in the back of the dinning room,with two gentleman who appeared to be having a meeting with her..Rylee (GM) set a very poor example as she allowed the two men to vape in the dinning room,and they could be heard and seen by several customers,also using fowl language.And one of the men even laid down in the booth.This poor behavior carried on for the entire time that I was there.The dinning room is in desperate need of repair,as there are several booth seats that are torn and run down.Everytime I have dined in the dinning area it is filthy.Shame on your GM,as she sets the example for the whole restaurant! Maybe instead of sitting during a dinner rush she should be up assisting her team.It is my suggestion and hopes that who ever is over Rylee that they would re evaluate and retrain or remove her from leadership as soon as possible.On a good note, I did observe outstanding leadership with one of your team managers.She had great customer service and was very attitive to everyone.Lastely, your portion size is not worth the amount you charge.

I had the Black Forest ham melt and for the size of the sandwich, there’s not enough meat. Another 50% portion might be appropriate.The restaurant is in dire need of an update. Many of the booth seats are badly worn and in need of recovering. The seat backs are stained and look like they’re overlooked with regular cleaning. The men’s room appeared to have more than a couple of days layers of grime on the urinal and sink areas.I won’t be in a hurry to return to this location.
