Ordered online directly from the papa johns a website. Well over an hour to arrive. Pizza was very cold and greasy. Called my driver twice. Tried to call the store and the employee who answered said they are busy. Terrible food and terrible customer service!

I’ve always loved Papa John’s, great pizza. Yesterday I got pizza and wings for lunch and the manager was very nice, the food was delicious as usual and he made my little 3 year old boys day. Will definitely been going back! 😁

Ordered a pizza to be delivered at 4:30.Got it at five twenty and the pizza's cold. You spend eighteen something on a freaking pizza and you get it And you have to heat it up. You think they would get ahold of you and try to make it right?But I will never order from them again

All 3 pizzas and the breadsticks were undercooked, like doughy. Forgot the 2 liter, and the cups of garlic sauce were all over all 3 pizzas where they had been crushed. Will just stick to dominos next time.

NEVER AGAIN! Went a few months back with my uncle when he came to visit. Waited 10 min and was ignored the entire time. Ordered online for pick up. The tracker said it was ready around the time I left and proceeded to wait about 5 or so minutes while the pregnant girl that asked for the name said something to me that I was unable to hear before proceeded to help another customer that came through the drive through then went around the counter, got on her phone for a minute, then walked around the area of the oven before asking for my name again and handed me the pizza that had been sitting on the rack the entire time I’d been there. I don’t plan on ever going again
