Tried to pull up to pick up window to grab our order because we waited to make sure it was done before heading up to pick it up Sat there behind people whose order was not done and we're just blocking up the pickup line till finally I pulled out of it parked and went inside where the staff very rudely said oh well we can't ask him to move and I was like sure you can they do it at mine all the time Just either tell them to pull around or pull up and we'll bring it out then ask for paper plates they're like over out of paper plates as well worst location I've been to

I call this location at 9:40pm on 1/12/26 and I am told they do not take orders after 9:30pm & would not take my order. I asked to speak with the manager. I am prompted with, speaking. I asked for the managers name & was told no I can’t know his name. WHAT? On Google it says the store is open until 10pm I told the guy. He said their ovens shut down on their OWN at 9:30pm and they answers the phones to answer questions and clean until 10pm. One of two things, either the staff at night is shutting down early with out manager knowledge or management is real silly at night. Sales are flowing right out the window. I just wanted a pizza.

I was quoted one price over the phone after I ordered. When I got there it was $10 higher than what I was quoted. I walked out. They Said the extra cheese was $5 and the the extra meat was only $2. They quoted me $2 over the phone for extra cheese.

The food was cooked, it was hot, and it tasted okay, it was average. The restaurant interior and the parking lot were both clean. The service was excellent and friendly. There were numerous things that he did and I couldn't be happier with the customer service experience that was provided to me. I asked his name afterwards.. it's Keller. Great job Keller! Thank you

I called in my order and the young lady would not even give me her name? You're supposed to represent the place You work like all the other restaurants in town with a big smile and you're name. Why is it that Papa John's people do not say their names? The young lady was rude on the phone. She had no Personality and the pizza tasted like cardboard.It sucked!!!!!!

My personal review at this store could’ve been better. The air at the store was very humid, stuffy, and uncomfortably hot, the employees could easily and pass out. And also the ovens we’re super loud to the point I couldn’t hear the person taking my order.
