Well our orders are pretty usual at the franchise, but tonight they did mess it up. The crust in the pepperoni pizza tastes liked dominos crust, and at first on the cheese pizza, I didn't think they cooked the cheese all the way but then I realized they somehow sneaked ham slices under the cheese and proceed to cook it instead of putting it on the top, and we didn't order ham on our cheese pizza.

Food tastes great. The service is usually good to great. No dining area that I saw. It's a pizza place. Prices are on the high side so I only get it once in a while. I used to get it at least once a week. Don't get me wrong if you can afford it get it. I just can't afford them anymore.

Ordered pizza back on 11/25 after picking it up i sat down to eat n when i took a bit of the pizza the bottom of pizza wasn't even done i called talk to manager my mistake was jot getting her name well she said she would give me credit towards the pizza .. well today i called to get my credit n when i called the manager today said there was nothing noted in the computer under my account n i had to wait for the general manager will white to come in n an hour later finally got a call back from him only yo be told he couldn't do anything bout it n acting like i was lieing bout it i have no problem paying for pizza i dam sure not gonna lie bout it... Angelotti's Pizza is the best go there for now on

Ordered a delivery pizza. Waited 1 hour before calling back to check on the delivery status. Was told the driver knocked on my door and called me 3 times. All the while I was sitting on my porch with my phone in my hand. I informed the general manager of that and he said, well, he said, she said. Basically calling me a liar. I recommend you call Pizza Hut for your next pizza order!

Possible Black mold around AC vents and cob webs in the corners .. if the public area of the store is like that what are we not seeing

Sad. Because the Hawaiian chicken bbq is my absolute favorite pizza. But the last couple of times has been a terrible experience. Just wasted 30 bucks on a pizza that tastes absolutely disgusting. so disgusting I had to throw it out. My boyfriend still hasn’t gotten his refund from the last time…we tried to order a pizza and it never showed up. And the time before that, I got nothing but attitude from the employees. Think I’m gonna have to find a new pizza place. ? I really hope your management improves because I’m really disappointed and looking at your latest reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one.

The last couple times I've ordered pizza it looks and taste like they threw it together with no care in the world on how it turned out. They didn't even slice it close to evenly both times either. Not sure what changed but very disappointed. Hopefully they fix this issue. They get 1 more chance and I'm done. 3 strikes and you're out.
