We couldn't get plates for the salad bar, they stated they didn't have any clean because they didn't have hot water yet they brought the bread sticks on plates. They cut the pizza with a dirty blade causing onions to be on the pizza which is deadly for my two year old daughter. When told onions were found on the pizza we were told to leave by a male manager stating we were telling lies about their employees. I don't understand why it could not have just been remade. Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life!! Who doesn't respect someone's allergies! Absolutely appalled!

We did a pick-up here. The stuffed crust was not up to par, although the meat was exceptionally plentiful. Our favorite Italian place closed in this small town so we are having to venture out.

Very disappointed in how Pizza Hut has changed. They used to open every box to let the customer inspect their order but now they don’t even bother and act like you are wasting time or insulting them if you look. Also, they say they don’t deliver to my house but I’ve seen the across the street. Yet Papa John’s which is two or three miles further does deliver to my house. Maybe if this was a corporate location instead of franchise it would be different.

I've been bringing my daughter to this pizza hut for two years now. They always have a large pizza special--now they don't.
As a work around, I could order the pizza in the app for the discount and have it brought to the table.
It's ridiculous to have to go through this hoop in order to get a discounted price. In my eyes, why not just say we don't want you eating pizza in our restaurant, we'd rather you take it home.
Furthermore, you're not helping the employees get the tips they deserve either. You're incentivizing customers to stay home.
Love that this one is still the way pizza huts used to be! Salad bar, servers, families dining in! Pizza was hot and delicious! Friendly staff too!

We Ordered Pizza Hut in Inverness tonite and Ordered like this Many of Times With No Problem..I ordered 1 large Veggie hand toss pizza add pineapple and 1 Large Pan veggie with Sweet sauce and Bacon..These both were made as veggies..I called To explain their mess up and the guy got the manager who got Rude With Me,Yelling at me and hung up saying it's not their fault..I called back a 2nd time..The Guy who originally answered started Getting Loud and I asked him not to yell at me,and Said i was gonna call the Sheriffs office,So He again yelled at me and Said Call Them and Hung Up..So I Have 44.50 in a Not What I Ordered Pizza!!! Yes Their is a Slice Missing..My Husband is a Veteran who lost his Left Eye Sight..I Will Never Go Back To This Pizza Hut and They Need to Find Employees That Have Respect For Their Customers
