wasted my money here. the hand tossed pizza i ordered was so flimsy, thin and undercooked. terrible. we couldn't even eat it. will be taking my business to Papa John's from now on for sure.

We have gotten Pizza Hut delivery 4 times in the last few weeks, and as always, the food is consistently yummy. The delivery was fast and arrived when promised. We will definitely be back!

Old school pizza hut loved the atmosphere and food!
I placed an order on your pizza hut.com website for my family’s dinner tonight. Your website processed my food order payment but did not send the order to your 7172 store Inverness Florida. I proceeded to call the store as I was instructed on YOUR website. The store told me they had nothing as far as my order goes, I informed the gentleman that the website took my money and we needed to figure this out. He told me there was nothing he could do so I told him I was driving to the store to speak with the manager on duty figuring we could figure this out being Pizza Hut has my money and I have no dinner to feed my family of 6. No luck with speaking with the manager, I told him to get his general manager or district manager on the phone to figure this out. They called Dale the general manager whom as well could do nothing for me or process my money back to me so I could buy my whole family dinner today. So now I sit here without dinner to feed my family or the money that I paid to go buy food elsewhere. Pizza Hut I loosing my business after 40 years as a customer as well as the business of all my family members. I am supplying you with a screen shot of the money deducted from my bank account. This matter needs to be addressed ASAP
Overall experience great with ordering online and delivery from DoorDash. Disappointed we didn’t even get all 16 wings in the bundle deal I ordered.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the crew at pizza hut tonight. They helped my wife and I out and we had awesome meat lovers pizza, and a bit of nostalgia! There's no more sit down Pizza Hut in Cincinnati, it was nice to see an old fashioned Pizza Hut from our childhood! You guys are awesome, You are RockStars! We will definitely be back for more! For weeks now the app to order online only let's me order from regular price items, every time I click on deals it drops me. So I deleted and reinstall the app but nope Keeps drop me when I try to order from deals page.
