Pop fusion was a vendor at Sweetfields farm where I attended last Sunday. I purchased 6 popsicles all very soft and good. I later went back to try new flavors and purchased 6 more well my peach popsicle was freezer burnt and extremely hard you couldn’t bite into it. I returned to the truck and advised the server that the popsicle was freezer burnt he looked at me with an attitude and asked what I wanted him to do about it. I asked if he could give me another and he told me no and refused to provide a refund. This is not the way you treat returning customers i spent over $40.00 + tips and couldn’t even enjoy my popsicle. I am very disappointed with the way I was handled in front of my children and other customers.
