Staff and Atmosphere The greeter was friendly and nice. The server was good and attentive. The only ding i have for the atmosphere, and it's not a big one, i felt the music was a little louder than it breaded to be.
Food I felt the portions were what i expected, the quality was good. My wife and u really liked the pulled chicken and port the most out of the four meats we got. The brisket did not have a smoke ring, but it was otherwise good. The jalapeno and cheese sausage was good. Of the four bbq sauces, the smokey was the the best. The sizzling was not. I'm not a fan of green beans in that style, but my wife liked them. The corn bread was fantastic.

Came in today. Haven't been here in years, wasn't disappointed? Everything was wonderful from the French fries. Baked beans, corn bread and sliced pork. And French fries. Hello, love trying all the different barbecue sauces, sweet, original sizzling and smoking sweet was my favorite. Very nice here, music, dulling TV's with sports and news on Em very friendly atmosphere. We'll come back again. 5 stars all the way i do miss the salad bar though. I did like having that. Make sure you get here early.It gets busy not very much parking next to the door and our waitress was outstanding. She was pregnant and still did her job. Good way to go, girl.

Waited over 5 minutes in drive thru at the Inverness Florida location before we were even greeted. We placed an order prior to our arrival, a family meal and 2 additional meals once we got there Total wait time was over 25 minutes. When the food was handed to me, it was disgustingly dirty as if someone had took their hands and just slapped it in the container. Dirty napkins, were given to us also. When I ask them to repack the sides, the girl at the window was not polite, refused, and told me she could wipe them off. She handed me the 3 large sides back and they were still dirty! The Macaroni was so disgusting. It was full of oil and it was so bad you could rub it between your fingers and it was like mashed potatoes. I will also be reaching out to corporate because this is most definitely, the worst experience I have received at a restaurant in my life! Almost a hundred dollars spent, no receipt and the sad part is, besides the macaroni and a large tea, the rest was for a grieving family. I’m literally embarrassed that I took that food to them. I guess I will have to travel Bushnell and go to Popeyes where my family and I have always been greeted with smiles and excellent customer service. I have to do something to make up for the trash that I took to that family. They didn’t deserve that garbage at all! Rest in peace Mr. Clinton Chesteen of Dunnellon Florida, a former vet who was loved by many.

EVERYTHING yesterday was perfect. I mean every single item was on point. I asked for the kitchen manager Megan to come to our table so I could tell her how good every item was. Baked Beans, perfect blend of meat chunks, sauce and seasoning. Warm.
