Well I just wanted a pulled pork sandwich with some fresh fries... I got a pulled pork mash sandwich like eating mashed potatoes along with some nasty soggy fries. I don't understand it just wanted a simple nice sandwich nobody takes pride in making food anymore horrible experience. Feel like puking

Both hubby and I were looking forward to the Cuban big Deal. However, neither one of our sandwiches have ever tasted like this before.It wasn't bad it just wasn't what we were expecting from our previous experiences.

So we got a all u can eat baby back ribs and I asked the server for a box for my food and my husband was still eating we were not told that once u get your box for the bones for our dog they no longer wanted to serve my husband ribs we were never told once u get a box the all u can eat is over then I download the app to get the 5 off 25 and they wouldn’t honor that either cause we got ribs all together every thing was a big mess .for the next person ask first if u order certain items will coupons not be honored.
They cannot trim a brisket and it shows in their sandwiches.

We have eaten here many times. The food quality has gone downhill in the last year. If you want to throw your money out on meat that can not be consumed, this is your place. The brisket is always cut the wrong way and unable to be chewed. It’s tough, it’s dry, it’s like leather. Frankly I’m judging myself for hoping it will change.
