So happy for this new location! We always want a coffee as we head back from Crystal River. Everything is new and clean. The staff are friendly. They were out of Oatmilk but sub for whatever other milk we requested. Service was fast. Our favorite Brown Sugar Iced Shaken Espresso wasn't the exact same without the Oatmilk but none the less was still very good.
There is one person there that makes my drinks right and knows my order. Honestly it's one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. They are ALWAYS out of stuff the staff is not trained right and don't listen to what you're saying. I know there are some tweaks that have to be worked out when first opening. This is an awesome location! I love that its close by to me and though the line may he a little long it moves quickly. My only complaint is everything seems to be out of stock when I stop by and though this isn’t something they can fully control I wish they’d order more product for an increase on consumers.
