Never got food order . Coffee taste
Like spoiled milk. I’ve watched kindergarten talent shows work with greater speed and efficiency. Normally I love SB but this location is a clown show, Bring your own popcorn.

I get the same drink at every Starbucks. I always pay for an extra scoop in the summer berry lemonade. With light ice. I swear I always end up a heavy scoop of ice and half the time the scoop of pearls I pay for doesn’t get put in my drink. I’d rather drive out of my way and go to Lecanto . Then this time I finally say something and they don’t remake my drink they hand me pearls in a separate cup. Pearls that I paid to be at the bottom of my drink.

The lady was kind enough to offer but out of all the store this one is beyond inconsistent

Food/Coffee is severely overpriced, especially for a small coffee (their smallest option). Nearly 5 whole dollars just for that alone with NO ADDITIVES. Their food is equally as expensive, if not worse. Also tastes like cardboard half the time. They also removed their open door policy back in January 2025, forcing you to buy something just to sit inside. My reasons above are why I didn't order anything but I had a valid reason to sit inside. God forbid you have a dead E-Bike that needs to charge, they'll ask you to leave anyways.

All they want is your money. They'll harass you if you don't order, regardless of what situation you're in. If you wanted me to be a customer, that's certainly not happening now. I think my loyalty will continue to lie with Dunkin' Donuts 😂🫵🤡
