All the coffees I just bought here were filled 2/3rd of the way full. As expensive as it is to get even one drink, I would like to have a full cup of the coffee I spent a small fortune on. This has happened almost every time I come here. Honestly it's not worth the time or money.

I love this Starbucks the day I went here I brought my dog it got a pup cup and I love the drinks I love more is that they give pup cups there prices are very expensive for one cake pop it’s three dollars that is expensive ?

Saturday 13th Sept., 11:am interior service (walk in ) over 30 minutes to get drinks.
The drive thru seemed to work great, it appeared to get preference.
As I sit here 12 people have ordered and waiting for drinks
In my book totally unacceptable.
Even airport Starbucks are hands down faster.
The person who made my caramel apple cider this morning did it so well. They made me feel so much better! They even made sure to tell me they had made it with love. Which made it taste even more delicious.

I come to this Starbucks pretty often and I’m honestly a little disappointed with the service. This is the second time someone has made my order feel like an inconvenience. They want you to place a mobile order 5 minutes before showing up, fine. However, it’s not my fault that the service is spotty over in that area and my order takes a while to actually reach their store sometimes. (Not to mention the times it has gone through in what they consider “a timely manner” my food is cold and drink is watered down). I have a baby that loves to scream at the speaker so placing a mobile order is just easier. Regardless of it all it is not the customer’s responsibility to make your job easier. Don’t make a customer feel like an inconvenience and act like you’re doing them a favor by making their order when they arrive (which is literally your job).

Employees are very welcoming and very helpful to me. I have had 2 strokes in 2020, so I forget lots of times and they often help me to walk me through the things I forget to do. So I remember to cut out my lastest order and hand it to them to ring my nest order up. They remember me at these times . Love when they remember me.

Ordered a caramel frappe and a pineapple refresher lemonade. The frappe had no taste at all. The lemonade was mostly ice and what was there was gross. The girl that helped us was very helpful though.

I ordered cappuccino and 1 person in front of me, it took 10 minutes and when I got grande it was so light I pulled lid and only had a shot of expresso, the rest was foam which disappeared as soon as I stirred it. Two people next to me ordered food and the girl and guy timed 20 minutes till there drinks were ready (sandwiches were cold). When she finally got her drink, it was the wrong drink! She threw it out in disgust! Employees not trained and do not know how to make specialized drinks! Sad

I know this place is new but for the love of god please train your ppl better. I have come here around five or so times and always order the same thing. My drink never comes out the same or the way it should. All I get is an iced cinnamon dulce latte and it’s literally never done correctly or even messed up the same way.
Today not only did I not get whipped cream but the latte didn’t even taste like cinnamon dulce and tasted like it was made with non fat milk.
I ordered through my mobile app like I always do where literally every last option is written out for you. I don’t understand how it’s still wrong.
I’m done coming here. Starbucks is expensive for coffee but to spend that kind of money on something that is consistently wrong is not something I’m willing to do.
