Ordered a 6 inch sub and it's no bigger than a 12-oz can of soda kid behind the counter didn't even act like you wanted to be there overall poor experience will not be going back it's like they didn't proof the bread long enough it looked like a breadstick

Rude management that doesn't care about the employees. Hired over the phone, worked and told too be at another location too meet manager but wasn't there. Called and was told I was being fired for telling a trainer I had management experience and asking about fake nails being ok. Worst experience ever!

These employees aren’t required to wear gloves while prepping the food and bread! First subway I’ve ever seen that the employees don’t wear gloves while doing prep. Your veggies and meats are cross contaminated and touched by everyone in that store. Just thought someone should know.

How's there my mother-in-law? Getting dinner for the family. A staff member was Are you getting with my mother-in-law about putting extra mayo on sandwich. Then, she argued with me that she had moved onto the next sandwich when I wasn't finished with one of the other ones. Anyway, I believe it young lady's name was Samantha.Hopefully, the owner of this Subway franchise will do something about this. And teach this youngster customer service.
Parking: Should have designed parking spots.

Just visited this Subway for the first time in Citrus County. I haven't eaten at a location since visiting and eating at one in Southwest Florida and would not give them a good rating based on food, portion size, and mgt staff. A big kudos goes out to Jade, Kai, and the team in Inverness. The service was friendly, attentive and the #4 sub I received was hearty and loaded with veggies on request. I'll definitely be back if I can receive quality subs like the one I received tonight.
Got my third strike ... No more for me !
Always a great, convenient option when in the area or at the plaza before catching a movie or after a matinee. Plenty of healthy choices with meats, cheeses, breads and salads. Service has always been on point. Too bad they don't deliver. I'd be a regular customer.
