I come here quite a bit as I get off at midnight and it’s one of the only places open. It’s definitely hit or miss. The quesadillas are fire…when they don’t skimp on the chicken or the sauce or when they actually cut the dang thing. Most of the staff that I’ve interacted with have a blasé attitude (which I really don’t mind at all, it’s fast food, it’s midnight, I get it), but don’t be blasé about my food man. This is the third time I’ve ordered extra sour cream on something and I feel like I’ve gotten less amount of sour cream than what it regularly comes with. One time I got a burrito and all the sour cream was at one end, at the bottom of the burrito! I just want extra sour cream spread out over the whole thing, that’s all I’m asking. You don’t even have to look me in my eyes when I pay, you don’t have to tell me to have a good night, I just want extra sour cream 😭

Lonnie S. was a ROCK STAR! He was very helpful, friendly, but most importantly, he recognized that we were struggling with placing our order on the Kiosk and he immediately assured that he will be right with us. We wish more young adults were half as eager to go above and beyond what is expected of them.

This one is Hit or Miss. I think it depends on who's on shift and what kind of mood they're in.

Every time I order Taco Bell there is no meat in the food, it's ridiculous I paid $16 for a number one plus a couple extra tacos and it's ridiculous. These people don't know how to add the appropriate amount of meat into the food. It's a rip off and a waste.

Love the big box. Hate the automotive ordering. I'm lost. Bring back a cashier.

10/22/25, walked in around 7:20 p.m. and ordered at the kiosk, stood there waiting to pay with cash. We waited for 20 minutes when we finally were able to pay we had to wait another 10 minutes before my S/O had to go back to work. I left and came back and waited another 5-10 minutes on top of leaving and coming back before I got my food.

Okay, I guess. Getting paid to get people's order right must not be enough.

Came in the parking lot off of Cherry St. Cashier didn’t want to take my order since I didn’t come to the drive through off of Main Street. Had to get a manager and have words with her. They wanted me to circle the parking lot and get in line behind several cars that had pulled in because “they can’t take drive through orders from people coming off the side street. Simply ridiculous.

Just moved to floral city. Had a mobile order but my truck doesn't fit through the drive thru so parked and went in. 3 employees in the back, looking like zombies. Most of the tables gone in the dining room. 2 kiosks and no visible register or anyone to greet you made it feel very industrial. Stood there for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. I know the times are changing but at this point, might as well just have robots making the food. Sad to see where its ended up.

Always understaffed. All the tables always dirty. Place was a mess and it was dead.

Saturday 9/6/25 @5:30
We came in to eat , lobby was empty. We were unfamiliar with the kiosk , but attempted it anyway. At first we couldn't figure out how to switch a crunchy for a soft taco. So then just said ok let's just order at the counter. After wait for a few minutes I finally just asked the lady doing drive through if we could order at the counter or did we have to use the kiosk. She rudely said, there's only 3 people here so if I'm going to order at the counter I'm just going to have to wait, after waiting a few more minutes we tried the kiosk again finally figured out the thing and was able to get our food. So keep in mind drive through has priority over walk ins. Maybe try to be kinder to the people that walk in and want to eat. Kindness gets you further in life.

Went here on 9/06/25 @5:30pm and tried using kiosk. Was not clear instructions. Asked for someone to take our order, was told, We only have 3 people working, if you want us to take order, you'll have to wait. Also, couldn't hear anything when they called it orders, due to music too loud combined with very low voice from worker. NO WONDER YOUR LOBBY IS EMPTY ALL THE TIME. No service for in person ordering, if desired.
