Came in the parking lot off of Cherry St. Cashier didn’t want to take my order since I didn’t come to the drive through off of Main Street. Had to get a manager and have words with her. They wanted me to circle the parking lot and get in line behind several cars that had pulled in because “they can’t take drive through orders from people coming off the side street. Simply ridiculous.

Just moved to floral city. Had a mobile order but my truck doesn't fit through the drive thru so parked and went in. 3 employees in the back, looking like zombies. Most of the tables gone in the dining room. 2 kiosks and no visible register or anyone to greet you made it feel very industrial. Stood there for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. I know the times are changing but at this point, might as well just have robots making the food. Sad to see where its ended up.

Saturday 9/6/25 @5:30
We came in to eat , lobby was empty. We were unfamiliar with the kiosk , but attempted it anyway. At first we couldn't figure out how to switch a crunchy for a soft taco. So then just said ok let's just order at the counter. After wait for a few minutes I finally just asked the lady doing drive through if we could order at the counter or did we have to use the kiosk. She rudely said, there's only 3 people here so if I'm going to order at the counter I'm just going to have to wait, after waiting a few more minutes we tried the kiosk again finally figured out the thing and was able to get our food. So keep in mind drive through has priority over walk ins. Maybe try to be kinder to the people that walk in and want to eat. Kindness gets you further in life.

Went here on 9/06/25 @5:30pm and tried using kiosk. Was not clear instructions. Asked for someone to take our order, was told, We only have 3 people working, if you want us to take order, you'll have to wait. Also, couldn't hear anything when they called it orders, due to music too loud combined with very low voice from worker. NO WONDER YOUR LOBBY IS EMPTY ALL THE TIME. No service for in person ordering, if desired.

This is the fourth time I was there and no one would wait on me. I was there for 7 min while staff just walked around and wouldn't even look towards me so I went to McDonald's

They opened the window in the drive through and it smelled like something died inside. That should have been a sign that the food would be awful. This is like the third time I’ve gotten food from here and it just be disgusting.

Came through after delivering for instacart, spark, and doorsash all night. I'm pregnant and all this baby wants is Taco Bell. When I came through around 11:30 I wasn't expecting much since it was later. I was given the most fresh and hot food from Taco Bell I'd had in years. Like how it ALWAYS used to be in the 90s. I do not leave good reviews anymore. I used to, it just seems like since the pandemic all food service place have gone down hill. I made sure once I got home and got all settled to leave a good review here before I went to sleep because late night crew killed it tonight! It feels so good to leave a positive review again.

I don’t know what’s in the Baja Blast, but I’d drink it out of a stranger’s shoe. Taco Bell is the only place where I can get a meal that costs $3.29 and doubles as a thrilling gamble with my digestive system. And you know what? Worth it. Every. Time.
The crunchy tacos and Nachos Bel Grande are my emotional support food. The Doritos Locos Tacos are what happens when a stoner’s fever dream gets FDA approval. I once saw a man propose in the drive-thru line and it felt right. Like, spiritually aligned.
But the real crown jewel? Those unholy balls of sugary perfection known as Cinnabon Delights. They’re basically churros that got freaky with a lava cake and produced bite-sized miracles. Warm, gooey, and probably forged in a forbidden pastry dimension—each one is a tiny round hug from the universe.
Taco Bell doesn’t just serve food—it serves chaos, nostalgia, and dessert roulette wrapped in foil and questionable choices. I love them for that. Don’t ever change, you beautiful weirdos.
