Whenever we are in Inverness we go here to eat and always my husband Dan orders 4A and I order V4. The way the tofu is cooked for my noodle salad is the best! This is a hard working couple and always makes us feel at home.Vegetarian options: Can make many dishes to suit vegetarian diet.

We drove an hour to eat here after seeing photos of their food and their reviews. When we initially pulled up we were a little skeptical as it was in a little shopping center. Let me tell you that this place was absolutely pho-nomenal! I thought about ordering more food to take home and I absolutely regret it! The flavor of the broth was so deep and it lingered after each bite, which we only had happen at one other place and the fried rice was perfection too! Highly recommend!

First the food has always been good. However I truly hate leaving this type of review but I gave them (3) tries. I'm not sure what's going on but they have been skimping on everything since the start of 2024. First I ordered the Deluxe Pho which comes with tripe, thin sliced meat, flank, tendon and meatballs. I get home and there was zero tripe or tendon, even though I paid a total of $10+ more for (3) orders (they essentially made me pay for the deluxe price but only gave us the beef pho amount of meat). Ok, chalk that up as a wash.The next time the same thing, this time I call and tell them and they said "sorry, we are out of tripe and tendon"...okay then why did I pay the higher price again and why didn't you let me know!!??Third time, again ordered the Deluxe Pho x3 and well you can see the pictures. Literally all (3) LARGE deluxe orders had one tiny piece of tripe and tendon, yet again I paid $3-$4 more for each Deluxe I ordered and they essentially gave us the basic beef pho.To push everything over the top the pho isn't exactly cheap, we were paying $18.95 per order which with tax is nearly $60 for take out soup, just to be completely skimmed on the meat not once, not twice (told them about it this time) and now a third time. Instead of keeping a loyal customers that spends good money there, they let $1 worth of meat (their cost) push us away. All I was looking for was what I paid for, but (3) separate times they decided to either not tell us they were out of some meat and still charged us the higher price, they simply left it out completely and said nothing (again paying the higher cost) or they literally included one piece of each meat and charge the Deluxe price that's $3-$4 more then the normal Beef Pho?
I didn’t think it’s right that I had to smell mopping products while eating they could have been more considerate toward their customers.

Great food. Never a disappointment. Staff friendly Bobba tea also. We prefer to eat in then take out, this way everything is fresh and manageable. You won't go away hungry
