Put in a mobile order to pickup in drive thru. Sat in the drive thru for 27 minutes and when I finally get to the window they tell me they have to drop more spicy nuggets and that I need to drive around the block and park in a mobile order spot and that it will be about five minutes. I've been sitting out here for 15 minutes and nobody has brought my order out. Tried calling and nobody answered the phone. This location has gone downhill and I will think twice about ever ordering here again.

So my mom, my grandma, and I went during the breakfast rush and after we pulled away we realized we were missing a sandwich. My mom had to get to work so we couldnt turn around and I had to pop into my work so we wouldnt be able to turn around and tell them so we called and let them know. We told them our names and they were really understanding, sadly I dont remember the name of the manager we talked to on the phone. Went back and the management there was amazing! The staff is always super nice and the food is always good. The manager I talked to when I got there, Sara, was super nice and got me my sandwich. 10/10 experience. This location is my favorite in Inverness.

Lona gave amazing customer service! I placed an order online multiple times and it just wasn't connecting with their computers. In short, Lona was excellent, the place was packed as the high school had just let out and she was friendly and helpful and got it all fixed for me! I don't write many reviews but I felt she needed to be acknowledged.
