1. One of the employees stepped out to rub his feet walked back in and started handing food. he had no gloves on nor did he wash his hands, someone said something about the employee. he just laughed in the guys face. Not only have it took a hour to bring me my food that was under $10. I walked in the girls bathroom, it was so bad. I just had to walk right out. Never going back there they all like to just stand around. It seemed like there was only one girl doing her job. Its sad and disgusting I’m adding a picture of that the stall

The GM at this location has HORRIBLE customer service skills.
Team members are horrible, constantly making mistakes and screwing up orders. They pull you up in every order and make you wait. They run out of food at night and don't want to cook more, and start breaking down and cleaning early so they can't sell the full menu. This location is useless!

I am so disappointed. Our entire order was incorrect, the food was so cold and the burgers had been sitting for a while. When I got up to the window, everyone was busy talking instead of taking care of customers. Even the 2 drinks were wrong. When we tried to call the store, we got an extension number and a recording that we had to leave a message. We had to call corporate and that is something I never do. Luckily the lady was very nice and we will get a full refund. But, we shouldn't have had such a disappointing experience

Food is fine if they remember your order. Lines in drive thru are terrible. Cooperate needs to step in because this place has gone downhill terribly.
