I was very impressed with the decorations for Christmas and the veterans table set up. I could hear the manager talking to an employee about just tell the truth and she was be very kind and polite to the employee. I would give this Wendy's 10 stars! Merry Christmas and God's Blessings!

Nope. This is not the one. Night employees seem so miserable, very negative attitudes. Burgers were very sloppy, looks like they were all punched and thrown in bag carelessly. Most burgers were not even fully inside wrappers. Will not be returning to this location in the future.
First time at this location. Staff members Kylie (sp) was super friendly and even remembered my name as we left and told us to have a great day! Nice touch for fast food place. 5 stars to her!!

Worst experience we have ever had with this restaurant franchise. We just left there and they got our order completely wrong. When confronted about this they claimed they didn’t have what we ordered. If that is the case then don’t take the money. Worst service ever. Save your money & Do NOT eat at this so called restaurant.

Waited over 20 minutes at the drive-through to place my order with only 3 cars in front of me, and two of the cars drove away because they were tired of waiting. When I finally got to the order window, I waited 5 minutes to place my order. When I drove to order the pickup window, there were 4 young adults standing around doing nothing.

I always want my fries well,well, well done, I say "to cook the potato out of them", This is the ONLY restaurant that knows what that means. The manager that is there in the evening always makes them perfect. There are 2 other Wendy's on my way home, but I always go to the west inverness location.
