Had a beautiful dinner experience a few months ago and many times before. Came back recently, and the resort took over the restaurant. Only open for breakfast. New staff and new menus. Totally different than we had in the past. Disappointing. Bring back the original Ciao Hound!

The employees bring me the wrong order . I don’t eat sweets an I did order avocado toast (she bring me after 40 minutes of waiting )French toast so I asked if she would change it she fight me back and said that she write the order right and I did order French toas! I said that I don’t eat sweet and she finally change it . The manager was very polite about it but not the employee. Food looks good.

I've seen mixed reviews on Google. However, after days of high rated places to great disappointment, this place was a shining star.Ordered the lasagna which was absolutely delicious and my girlfriend had the rigatoni. Bot dishes were fantastic and the staff was pleasant.The bread was also good and the atmosphere was beautiful. Next door is the post card which is a place I would consider staying after hearing some of the live music and eating at this delicious place.

Unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired. I ordered one of the few things on the menu that was gluten-free (after being told by one server they did have GF pasta — turns out they actually don’t), and it was some of the worst fish I’ve ever had. Dry and unflavored; definitely not worth the $30 price tag. I ordered a side, and they brought me the wrong side. And finally, it felt like the air conditioning was either broken or off. It had to have been at least 80 degrees inside. Miserable!

Friendly staff, but they HAVE TO get an employee bathroom! No one should have to wash their hands smelling the fragrance of one of your employees blowing up the pot. CMON!! I’m about to pay good money for a dinner, when I can’t get my mind off the smell of the bathroom. Absolutely mind blowing.

We came to stay at postcard in yesterday 05/17 and we love pizza so we decided to come to this restaurant, on the 1st day a very friendly lady attended us, she was always attentive to the table, she brought us hot bread and both the attention and the food were very good, so we decided to return the next day before going home, which was the complete opposite. The waiter saw that we only ordered pizza, he never came to the table again, they brought us the pizza, they didn't put us on no plates or hot bread, In the end we had to go to the host stand to get the bill.

We were staying on property & I made a reservation for dinner for myself and 4 kids. We were celebrating my daughters birthday. It was clearly listed under the comments section on OPEN TABLE reservation, hoping something is offered to celebrate. A song etc We arrived and the restaurant was empty except 1 table. We ordered. My food was cold and sent back. The waiter stated the portions were enough for 2. He was wrong. Enough for 1 person was the result. I bit disappointed and will not go back.

Made a reservation and asked if a special occasion and we said yes (40th Anniversary) When he gave us our check (which was the wrong check) we had to mention our anniversary. Last we ordered the clams and pasta and the clams had more sand in them than on the beach.
The interior was fine. The food was so so. My wife's chicken parmigiana was not very good. Pasta severely under cooked and the chicken was dry and wasn't helped by the sauce. I had the grouper putinesca. It was ok but the sauce was a bit runny. My son had the rigatoni with the Vodka sauce which was pretty good. We just expected more for the price and prior reviews.

Where to begin. To start, Ordered 2 dirty martinis. 20 minutes later, Awful. They were not martinis. Server admitted that they didn’t have a bartender so they guessed. (Hmm, google dirty martini!) Out of the 4 Meals, only one came back OK. Shrimp scampi was so salty, it was inedible. Penne ala vodka was mediocre at best. The calamari was served with tartar sauce! Had to order a side of marinara, they actually served it without. I know we’re in the keys, I know it’s tough getting help. I know how difficult it is to keep a small business going, as we own one. This restaurant should have locked the front door rather than open this night. Not enough qualified staff to even function. Shame on the owner or manager who made this call. I will be shocked to see if there’s not tons of negative reviews just from tonight. Every table around us had issues. Having five stars, then a bunch of one stars???? There’s something fishy going on.

Nice classy place… staff was great and attentive! Has chicken park and Marsala chicken. Both were good… put the pasta was u see cooked. I wish the chef or owner would read the reviews. If they would correct this it would be a fabulous place!

Such great food! You will not leave this place still hungry. From the bread that is served that basically melts in your mouth to the chicken parm that has a hint of sweet and the perfect amount of noodles. I ate the entire bowl! It is a bit loud in here as there are no sound barriers so the noise travels. As long as you can get close and talk over the noise the food will make up for it all ?

Friendly service from Kevin who arrived with a great big smile and a wonderful attitude. Delicious food - Chicken Parmigiana, Flatbreads and more. The sound is loud and joyful with everyone sitting and enjoying the food and the company. Stop by and try.
