We sat at the bar overlooking the ocean Their green melon gazpacho soup was refreshing. And amazing!! Best chicken wings! Crab stuffed lobster, garlic shrimp, edamame dumplings, the only knock I had was I ordered the short rib. Lacked some depth and flavor but everything was great! Spicy Paloma was my drink of the night:)

The service was great and the food was very good. I ordered the pasta with clams, which was good, but it was swimming in oil. The fish of the day (wahoo) was very good. Some sort of bread service would have been nice, considering the prices of the entrees. We appreciated the complimentary Birthday cake for dessert.

We reserved a table at Drift because it looked like a beautiful waterfront restaurant (online) and because we were staying at the Islander Resort. The restaurant did not disappoint. The view was even better than we expected. It is a very romantic and relaxing setting. We really enjoyed being so close to the ocean. We had the fresh catch and the whole fish of the day. Both were delicious and very fresh. The service was excellent and we didn't feel rushed. We liked Drift so...
