Elevated dining in Islamorada. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the warm and inviting smells of smokey cocktails being prepared. Edwin provided us with exceptional service, from the first hello, to his recommendations, he was outstanding. I had the Yes, Please cocktail, a tequila and grapefruit concoction. The octopus was so beautifully presented and tender, highly recommend. The grouper was so much better than I imagined. It was tender, moist, and the texture divines. It comes served on top of pineapple with beautiful grill marks, chimichurri (which sounds weird but works really well), and petite bell peppers. My husband ordered the filet and he was happy with it. We finished with this poundcake like dessert that was so incredibly familiar but different. We were so happy. We had our infant with us and they were so accommodating and got us our food faster than normal (parents have gotta eat too!) and it was just a nice and fun dinner.

The quality of food is exceptional across the menu, but the lobster deserves special mention for its sweet, perfect preparation, leaving us utterly impressed. What truly elevates this restaurant is the exceptional service, particularly from our server, Isa. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, embodying five-star hospitality that made us feel like cherished guests. We highly recommend Kindler for the complete package of sophisticated drinks, spectacular cuisine, and phenomenal service.

The service was amazing! My husband and I had monkey bread, roasted oysters, Tuna crudo. Truly the BEST appetizers! Never had better tuna. (We’ve had allot of tuna)- then we had Gnocci and the spine lobster. Again, amazing! We got the Keylime dessert to go can’t wait to try it. Especially though the show came out three times to greet various patrons while we were dining asking if we enjoy our meals! What a place! Unforgettable!
