Scoop and net your own live spiny lobsters from the tank. No frills which is what I personally prefer. 12.99 a lb. All were very lively when you take them out, so it’s fresh. Not on their last legs. Note that they do not have maine lobsters, just spiny aka clawless FL lobsters. If you know, you know the difference in taste.
Very good prices on the lobster when it is lobster season. If you are coming back from key west it is a great stop to bring back lobster instead of paying higher prices in the supermarkets or when eating out. Will recommend to bring a cooler to store as there aren’t many places nearby to buy one that will fit the lobsters while you travel home.
Lobster Walk is a place in the upper Keys where you can buy lobster right off the boat. It's a nice ride for us (150 miles), and we get fresh seafood. I've been there many times.
