We had a lovely evening from start to finish. The staff - from the hostess, to our server Cody, to the manager Rose, was outstanding. I particularly appreciate Cody asking us if we wanted time between courses. The food, cocktails, wine selection were all great.
Amazing food and experience!! Everything was delicious. The manager and our waitress were exceptional. Highly recommend the shellfish tower, escargot vol au vent, and the steak tartare
Great service. Delicious meal. Seafood tower was fantastic. Fish entrees were creative and perfectly cooked. Warm and inviting.
We wanted to like Pierre's. I booked it as one of the fiber dining experiences in Islamorada. It's a beautiful place. Where it failed most was service. At their price point, they need good service. I'm not talking anything crazy but they should be around, knowledgeable, and focus on their patrons. That might they were not. There table clearing team (bus boys) were the stars of the night. Quick, courteous and helpful. The wait staff was the real issue. We had a seafood tower (oysters were good, tuna was good, shrimp was ok), the pork chop (waiter didn't ask for how to cook and it was half raw), the grouper (good) and the truffle gnocchi (not bad). The acoustics of the restaurant are bad. We had justvwo other groups indoors with us and it had stadium level noise. It's not a bad place. Maybe we had a bad night. But at their price point, a bad night on a Saturday shoukd never happen.
Beautiful Restaurant ! My husband and me went for dinner the other night. Food , service and ambience was exelent. We will be back soon! Thank you Pierre's
Beautiful restaurant with beautiful views. The service was impeccable. Manager and servers were friendly and helpful. Free champagne for our anniversary and a taste from the chef. The food was fantastic, great presentation and delicious. Highly recommended
Don't let the prices deter you. It is worth every bit! High quality, high end service all around! We are fortunate to eat at some of the finest restaurants around. This is now on the list for the Keys region. Spectacular!
Fantastic Anniversary Dinner! The waiter and chef went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel so special on such a wonderful day. The food was delicious and service was top notch!

Absolutely stunning location directly on the water. Incredible French-inspired menu with very high quality produce. Drinks were amazing, and the sunset was even better. It's a must-go for fine dining in the Keys.

We had a mixed experience. The service was great. But the food was awful. We did the tasting menu- and all the courses that were supposed to be warm were cold and the flavor was awful. It was disappointing since it was our 10-year. The service is spectacular. But the quality of food is no where near where it needs to be for the cost of $145/person for the tasting menu. The wine pairing was awful as well. I know wine professionally, and can identify corner cutting vs value. Very disappointing food quality but excellent service.

We made plans to eat here based on the google rating months in advance on open table. It was unfortunately New Year’s Eve where we found out only the day of that there would be a fixed menu for $150 per adult and $50 per child. Finding out right before did not provide much time to pivot. We showed up for our reservation and only had a table outside but the table was for 6 and our reservation was for 8. They told us we would need to wait an additional 30 minutes for a table. To their credit they did offer a round of drinks for our inconvenience and promptly sat us at 20 minutes. I was then surprised about the speed of the experience… we placed our orders and the food started to come out but the pace was intense, before we finished our apps the main came out, and similarly with the main and desert. The overall food quality was decent and for that amount of money you want to enjoy the time but it felt rushed like they wanted to get us out of there. The most unsettling part of the experience came when we paid and were about to leave and there was a 2 inch cockroach running around our seating area. It definitely prompted us to leave in haste. I’m sure this was a rare occurrence but still left me with a sour experience from one of the nicer restaurants in Islamorada.

We made a last minute reservation and were so delighted by the beautiful setting. Rose, the floor manager, seated us on the balcony overlooking the cove with a perfect view of the sunset. Rose helped us secure a NYE reservation for which we were so grateful. Excellent!
Our server, Skyler, was a seasoned server with an intuitive understanding of the balance between gracious serving and efficient service. Her service was impeccable.
Service started with rolls. It would have been nice to have a grain roll for variety.
We started with the seafood tower appetizer for one which was generous even for the two of us. It would have been a meal for me! The seafood was fresh and presented beautifully with cocktail sauce, horseradish, lemon and lime. Ask for drawn butter for the lobster…it was a nice addition.
I noticed many orders of the butter lettuce salad being delivered. It looked so beautiful and fresh I should have ordered it! Next time.
Our main meal was the pan roasted grouper which we shared. Perfection! Not over dressed or over seasoned.
We enjoyed the chocolate chip gelato for dessert. The best I’ve had except for in Italy!
Definitely enjoyed Pierre’s and the excellent service the staff provided.
