Prices 20% or more than the mainland - Okay. Ordered a Dubai Chocolate Mocha. Saw the person in front of me had crème on top of their drink, remembered I have a dairy allergy. Tell them. They’re like “everything has cream in it” line is stacking up so they offer a matcha with oat milk. Okay I say - because apparently in the keys you can’t make a mocha with almond milk. Anyway, get the matcha - didn’t have the extra shot I ordered with the mocha - so I ended up taking a sip and throwing it away. Starbucks made 17 bucks ish with the tip - but it’s the last money from me. I know they don’t care, but nickels and dimes add up.

I just stopped by at Starbucks located at 84001 Overseas Hwy Islamorada, FL 33036. My husband and I ordered a cappuccino and a brown sugar oatmilk cortado which cost us 18 dollars which I thought was absurd. Also the customizations we requested were not done correctly the first time for both our drinks but they made new drinks later after I asked again.

Unfortunately this is the second time I stop here and they messed up my order both times. I have also been charged incorrectly since there is price difference in both drinks, I just dont want to go through the hastle of asking for the refund, because they seem to really not know what they are doing. Please train your staff !!!

Please be warned that this place is a complete rip off, charging $8.05 for Chai Latte and $9.45 for White Chocolate Mocha. They said it was attached to the hotel so that they are allowed to price it that way (read ‘we are allowed to rip you off’ ).
Ridiculous prices for everything. Lots of other great local coffee shops, this SB’s is way overpriced.
