It was Christmas day and we were coming back from Key west pretty late at night(Around 10). Everything else was closed so we had to eat here. They were friendly but the food wasn’t really up to the mark. We ordered shrimp noodles and we could taste the shrimp went bad. Even after the thorough cooking we could feel it. We also ordered kung pao chicken and it was average.

I saw a lot of mixed reviews online and was a bit hesitant to try this place, but I’m glad I did! I ordered the General Tso’s Chicken — it was crispy, fresh, and delicious. The portion was so big that I couldn’t finish it in one meal and had the rest for my next meal. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back!

Ordered the hot and sour soup (it didn’t taste like any hot and sour soup I have ever had. very bland) Also ordered general taos chicken and sesame chicken. Both dishes looked the same and tasted the same only the sesame chicken had sesame seeds sprinkled on top. I would’ve have taken the food back if I didn’t live an hour away. Never again.

I’ve had a lot of Chinese takeout in my life. You kinda always know what to expect. I am NOT one to leave bad reviews but the food here was absolutely horrible. The pork fried rice literally tasted like Uncle Ben’s microwaveable packages. The krab Rangoon’s HURT MY TEETH. The general Tso’s tastes like… strawberry jelly? The rice tasted like how the inside of a dogs mouth smells. I hate that the food was so bad because I love little take out joints but this was really really really bad.

I hate to bad mouth small businesses, but I really should not have ordered from this restaurant.
I will say that the fried appetizers were good — no complaints there. The prices were very reasonable too. Service was good.
However, the chicken we ordered was so bizarre; the actual chicken part was super thin but it was coated in some sort of thick spongey outer coating which made every bite taste spongey and not like chicken. It was like a 1:3 ratio of chicken to coating. It wasn’t a crispy coating. The Kung Pao sauce was very savory, and didn’t have the flavors I’m used to tasting in Kung Pao Chicken (and I order it frequently from different Chinese places).
The other dishes we ordered were lacking flavor and fell flat. I’m glad I ordered some appetizers, because they saved the meal.
All in all, I should have listened to the other bad reviews and saved myself the disappointment of a bland and spongey meal. I really hoped my experience would be better!

Very good, quick service. No frills to the building, but the food was good and the portions were large! Seemed clean in the kitchen despite the building being a little older. Overall a good experience and we were happy and full! Maybe ignore the very old, bad reviews and give Taki Outi a try for yourself.

We ordered dinner here for delivery as we were so late coming back from our trip, the food is decent ? we ordered Spicy Basil Noddles on a level high and it's good. The pupu platter is not quiet the same we are accustomed to as far as taste, but it is okay.
