We were pleasantly surprised how good the food was at Amara Cay! Our son and his wife had lunch at the Tiki Bar and loved it! We had dinner with our friends and the food was excellent. The fried calamari was perfectly cooked and the shrimp BLT was huge. We asked if the chef would make the tuna bowls (only on the lunch menu) for us at dinner. They were absolutely delicious! Our waiter was new, but such a nice young man. He was very attentive and made sure we were well taken...

Had a great few days here! place has a very comfortable & relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are nice and clean. staff was very nice and Friendly, could be a little better. depends on the individuals I guess. over all had a great time and will be back!
