The food is fresh and honest. Something I never expected but was pleasantly surprised to experience. The service was fast , the food was tasty and a special shout out to the Breakfast Burrito. Wow. That is soul satisfying good.

Cold fries. Milkshakes over flowing, lids weren’t on all the way. An absolute mess for going through the drive through. And our hotel was only 5 mins away & they were this melted and a messy.

Today is Friday, August 1, 2025. I walked over just before 8am and all the doors were locked. I think the drive through was open. The sign said it was open But you couldn't walk in. Do yourself a favor and just pass it by. Don't waste your time.

Sat in line for 15 minutes to order at a kiosk machine to then be told they don’t work. The one cashier was by herself while the crew watched. With only 15 minutes to spare at this place, I’m now left hungry and annoyed. I’ll never be stoping here again.

I can't get in at 9:45 am , the drive thru is open but the dining room is closed 🔐 day after day???? At least burger king would let you in the restaurant, you need a real management. Are you trying to fail?????

Islmorada fl has a lot of bicycle riding, walkers and jogging especially in the morning time but time and time again after nine o'clock the doors are locked but the drive thru is open and the workers hide in the back giggling you can hear them! The drive thru opens at 7am? At least two hours of Lost income every morning because of laziness 👎

There website says they close at 11pm and I went at 9:33pm and they had there doors locked and drive threw closed off. I went to the door and they just stared at me like I was trash and they didn’t care which they don’t. This has been happening for the past month and I’m tired of it. I’m about to contact this dumb fast food company and start stuff and make sure they get closed down or stay open to the time like it says. Or just fix the time for god sake on the website so you don’t have many people going for food and then they decline us even though there website says they open. There were multiple people trying to get food and they just ignored them too.
