Mom and pop feel with delicious breakfast. Biscuits were fluffy, gravy was tasty, bacon was perfectly crisp, as were the potatoes. Fruit cup had a nice selection of fruit and the shaved coconut was a nice touch. Would recommend.

Nine vegetables listed but only three available! Liver and onions the Tuesday special which we love, reheated overcooked liver served w cold mashed potatoes. Baked beans and fried okra were great however the coleslaw was shredded to mush , reminded me of Gerbers baby food we fed our kids. Six month ago we had a similar experience , not as bad as this one, so management will be happy to loose us (complainers) as customers. Feel sorry for their longtime service staff who are always doing an outstanding job. WG

Been coming here with my family for over 4 decades! We no longer live in Jax Beach but the drive from St Augustine is still worth the trip! Super friendly people and delicious food!

Had a BLT & hubby had the full country breakfast. They don't shortchange you on portions for the price, food was hot & fresh, everything was clean and the service couldn't have been better. Be prepared to wait on the weekend, but its definately worth it.
