update - 5/2025 - took an elderly neighbor to breakfast (his first time) after sitting with him at he hospital while his wife had emergency surgery. He is looking forward to her getting better so he can take her. This place is contagious.

I came in due to the fact the storm knocked my power out and couldn't make any coffee. In my search for a caffinated reprieve I stumbled onto this little gem of a restaraunt. Excellent service, food and very kind staff.

We went yesterday for a 1pm lunch and didn't get our food until atleast a hour later. The wait staff was just as confused as us. We later found out there was a computer issue. Its funny that customers that came in afterwards got their food. With that being said you would expect the manager or owner to come over say how sorry they were. But, no one did. That's a terrible!!! Is that a proper way to treat your customers?

Great food and staff. Beachy atmosphere. Tried various foods, all very tasty. Close at 2pm sharp. So get there beforehand. Weekends are packed but wait is reasonable as churn is high. Seating is first come, first serve.

Been coming for over 30 years BUT NEVER AGAIN. The Hut has gone downhill. The last visit we waited about 45 minutes after ordering breakfast (several people around us who arrived AFTER us had already finished their breakfast), the waitress kept saying we were next but the food never came. Talked to the manager (owner?) and all we got was attitude. Finally left and went to First Watch for a delightful breakfast.
