My teenage daughter went in to get an iced coffee, ordered and paid for it and then they handed her a hot coffee and told her they were out of ice. They didn’t tell her before they took her money that they were out of ice and didn’t offer a refund. Instead they gave her a coffee she threw away and kept her money. Amazing that a local company would treat a customer so poorly. We will NOT be spending anymore of our hard earned money there!
