Ordered the seafood Campechanga, got the beef. Never saw the manager nor did they fix my bill until I said something.

I have been coming to this location basically my whole life. Recently it's been on a steady decline in service. Everyone has an attitude. From the teenage hostesses to the manager. The food however is still delicious. Which is what saved this from being a 1 star review.

Just left Campeche Bay in Jax Beach, Sunday May 11, 2019. Worst experience ever. Waitress began to argue with me because I told her my food was not cooked. At no time was I rude. Spoke to manager who was less than helpful. Told him we would probably not be back. He just said “Sorry”. Made no effort to try to bring me back. Have given them 30 years of business. Find another Mexican place and give them your business! As I read other reviews, I can't help but wonder if the owner will contact me or only responds to positive reviews.

Food was good but they were way understaffed on Cinco De Mayo of all days.. . When I say understaffed I mean 1 waitress and one girl who said she only could bring chips and water. The kitchen staff was even bringing food to the tables so kudos to them for pulling it together. I'm giving them 5 stars because the food was good and staff most likely called out which they have no control over.

Had our yearly birthday trip here last week for what we think are the best fajitas in town. Have been going here for their fajitas for 26 years now and they never disappoint. Great that they offer special fajitas during the week. Chips and salsa are always great as well.

Great food as well as great service, best of both worlds for this restaurant. This is the place to go to if you want a full belly and feel great leaving due to great customer satisfaction.

The best Mexican food in south Florida. No one can beat their food. I have been all over the US highly recommend for all families.

I give Campeche 5 stars based on their customer service and food combined. The staff is polite, professional and accommodating throughout your entire visit. They took our reservation for a large party of 12 and had is all set up and ready when we arrived. Our server was excellent. Every order was right and she split the checks up without issue. We will definitely keep them at the top of our list for group events. Thank you!

Awesome. Love the atmosphere, Ben our bartender, advised a meal, which taste awesome. After leaving, you can stroll down to the beach. What a perfect evening. I love the beach area.

These are the best Fish Tacos ever!! I have always measured every other restaurant's Fish Tacos by how good these are. Service is great! prices are on point. I don't know of any reason why you wouldn't want to eat here.
