Awful experience today. Hostess ignore us after walking in and greeted 2 grounds that walked in after us before I spoke up. Then had to wait another 19 minutes after being told it would be 5. Server Danielle knew nothing about the menu or drinks. Took 10 minutes after we got our food to get my drink and it was the wrong drink, then was told after a second attempt they don’t even have a basic cider . Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!
If I could give Cruisers Grill zero stars, I would. The owner’s behavior is completely unacceptable—rude, aggressive, and outright abusive toward both customers and staff. I witnessed shocking mistreatment, including yelling at employees and showing a complete lack of professionalism.
