The service was okay. The lady was nice and she was upbeat.
The strips, fries and sundae were good, but OMG the ice tea was disgusting! It tasted like it was made with really bad sink water. I had to pour it out.

I've been here a few times, and it keeps getting worse. Passing by today saw an employee hanging out the drive-through window, giving customers the middle finger.

I ordered 3 things; a banana split with no chocolate syrup , a oreo brownie cup , and a peanut buster parfait . Wanna know what I got , a small cup with ice cream topped with bananas pineapple and strawberries. And someone else's blizzard. The guy who rang up the order asked if I wanted bananas on my banana split... He was way too high. Staff was yelling at each other.

My food was typical for a burger joint. Staff was friendly and competent. I've been to this location several times. Never many customers. I don't see how they stay in business.

Terrible service. Waited 45 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars in front of us. Sometimes they close an hour early. Don’t know how many times they have given us a completely different order. I come here for convenience since it’s so close to my house but it always ends up being inconvenient.

Literally waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru, just for a ice cream and a burger, and it was only 1 person in the drive thru before me.

When I visited the drive-through, the entire staff was standing outside with the back door open, and they rushed in when they saw customers approaching. I ordered two meals with treats. When I got to the window, Collen handed me the treats, and when I asked for a drink holder, he abruptly told me that he would give it to me when my drinks were ready, making me wait with the treats in my hand. Then, he started talking to another co-worker and said that he didn't know anything and that he was working at a dead-end job (referring to Dairy Queen). After that, he gave me the drinks and drink holder. It took fifteen minutes to receive my food, and when I got it, my chicken strips and onion rings were cold. Even though my office and I order food from here all the time, I have never encountered this problem before, which is why I keep coming back.

So I went up twice, the first time I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and they didn't even have my order ready, so we left. The second time I went through it was less than 5 minutes, got my order this time and enjoyed it. Allegedly was made extra special for me on my chocolate malt shake I didn't know what that meant but I took it anyway.

Workers are DEFINITELY on something, burger is still frozen fries are stale. Asked for a water and a coke was given 2 cokes. Ordered chicken tenders for my daughter and heard a lady complain about the fact that she has to make some in the background saying “oh my god man” In a negative manner. Workers slurring their speech moving in slow motion. This place is falling apart lol
