Firehouse Subs Penman Rd

When I walked in no one greeted me. The employees were having a conversation. I grabbed my to go order and walked out. Once I got to my car and checked my food it was cold. I thought they served hot subs. Even my steak sub was cold and the bread as well. Won’t be back to this location.

You can do way, way better! Two young female employees working Tuesday, 8/12, around 6:50pm were very rude and unprofessional. One of the staff was even eating at a table on the job. They had an attitude as if asking them for a power bag was interrupting their conversation. I even said excuse me and was met with attitude anyways.
The tables were dirty which should be an easy fix seeing as how they are never busy. The table next to the fire extinguisher smelt like vomit. Since firehouse is from Jacksonville, you would think they would take a little more pride in their work. There is a lot of room for improvement. Cleanliness and customer service need attention. Please work on it ASAP. Worst firehouse I’ve been to period.

People that care not only about people but do it right with the amazing steam made subs on a crisp bun nicely sharing the plate with a long wedged pickle to finish a tasty sub.plently of dining space inside or tables with umbrellas to shade you from the bright Floida sun . Thank yoh for a fantastic sub!

I come to this location for the awesome service we receive from audrina, Jeff and arvena they are a great team and super friendly everytime we don’t live close by but make the travel just for this wonderful service thank you

It's hard to say something negative about a shop that supports our first responders. I was almost out the door when Rick walked out and asked me what I wanted. That's service. Replace the tablets with more Rick's.

Horrible price for a CUP of chili. I paid for a bowl of chili and received what seems more like a CUP, it was equivalent to less than a 12oz by volume container. This place is a rip-off! I do NOT recommend doing business with them unless you can get a special deal.
