We tried the Hamachi Crudo, the Aburi Salmon roll and the Chirashi bowl. The Hamachi was so good, we had to get a second order and the Chirashi bowl has excellent quality fish including otoro. Very happy to have found this gem. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Adi is a great Chef and one can tell he puts his heart into his preparations.

Hokkaido Uni, Akami, Chutoro, Otoro, Amaebi, Hamachi, Scallop, Salmon toro, etc.
The different toppings add a refreshing twist to the items.
Fair warning… if you haven’t been to a quality Japanese restaurant… after having Izakaya Ko’s different tuna, you will be craving it.

Izakaya Ko is a great Japanese restaurant with a nice, relaxed atmosphere. It offers fantastic tapas-style food, including high-end fish, wagyu, takoyaki, the black dragon roll, and Ko wings. The chirashi is called the best. The food tastes great and the staff is always warm and welcoming. It is a place to return to often for lunch or dinner.
