We were celebrating my 50th birthday and decided to get appetizers catered for about 40 guests. Greg and his team were really thinking with us on what to get, how to set it up etc etc, just ahead of the event. Pricewise, very affordable without stupid “event fees”, minimum spend etc.
Then at the day of the event, the food was all ready and his staff had it all set up and ready. Then during the party they walked around with platters to hand them out in addition to the buffet...
My daughter and I were hosting an engagement Brunch this past weekend and my first thought for food was Gregory Pauls! I live out of town and it was being hosted by a family member so I wanted the least amount of work possible.
I contacted Greg about a menu and for some suggestions that I did not see on the catering menu on line. Greg did not disappoint. We had a French toast casserole that was super delicious, peppered bacon that was cooked perfectly, mini quiches...
