It was new years eve but the service was SO slow we nearly left twice. Not the severs fault but definitely should staff appropriately in the future.

Service was extremely slow and rude. Started with a Bloody Mary which was not prepared per my order sheet. Bartender never came to check on it. Had to ask for silverware, after more than 5 minutes asked again (our food was already delivered) her response was a very curt “I heard you the first time.” Though the Chicago dogs were as good as always, my wife’s fries were cold, mushy, and greasy. Bartender was nowhere to be seen. A manager got my wife new fries. By the time I got silverware my side of Mac and cheese was cold and congealed. Bartender never checked on us. After waiting another 10 minutes to order another drink we decided to leave and go somewhere else to watch the Jags game. Been going here and to the one in 5 points and never had such a poor experience.

This place is a scam!!!!! Ordered from door dash and never got my good still got charged! I hate this place! Give me my money back!

Great atmosphere. I was ignored when I arrived because I was waiting for the rest of my party to arrive. My food was ok, but everyone else’s was bad. Bread stale, hot dog hard, sauce for onion rings was cold cheese. This used to be a great place, what happened??????

Really cute place with such a wide variety of beers. The staff was very friendly and recommended some really good local brews. There was lots of seating and it was very clean.

Hoptinger has really good food and drinks. We like coming here once a month for the smash burger. They also have a ton of beers on tap so everyone has options along with a full bar.

Got here at 8:30pm got the menu and waitress was nice served us drinks and took our order for food. She cameback and said around 8:45pm they only serving late night menu that we couldn't get our original order, now pissed me off. Late night menu starts at 10pm. Get our second order dumb boneless wings that was salty and had the burned batter from oil with chicken and chicken tenders was blah only thing good was the nachos and fries. Wasted $70 bucks worst 1st time experience ever not worth it at all

Food was absolutely perfect. They waitress was very attentive. Food was even better. I got the roulette burger and it hit all the marks. Wife got a salad with goat cheese and it was a perfect match with the blackberries in it. Daughter got fish and chips and the fish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I wish we lived in Jacksonville so we could eat there more. May make the 2 hour drive again just for a reason to eat here. L
Also they have like 72 beers on tap so something for everyone.

Wife & I truly enjoy visiting Hoptinger's by JAX Beach! Fantastic choice of beers!
