I don’t know what it is but food trucks typically taste the most authentic and what I would expect from their original countries cooking. This was not a disappointment! Rich flavors and home style cooking are best! And eating this all with a Mexican Coke and out in the beautiful Florida weather, sounds like paradise to me 😁

Wow! Wow! Wow! I’m no taco expert but I’m a good food expert, and these tacos freaking rock!!! The Lengua (Beef tongue) 👅 absolutely the best!! And the red sauce though! Highly recommend if you like great food for great prices!

Tasty taco truck with bold flavors, but a bit pricey for what you get.

Jalapeño Express is a small food truck parked in a dental office lot, with a few casual tables nearby and a speaker strapped to the truck for ambiance. It's a one-person operation, so service can be a bit slow, but the food feels authentically made with care.
