Rolled up and saw the sign for $.96 treats on Leap Day! Fuuuuuun! We signed up for the app because you can get special treats and prizes. Then, one of my friends had an issue with her app, but Jax helped her out. Thanks, Jax! He prepared all our delicious treats. Quick friendly service. Check! Yummy treats. Check! Clean space. Check! Places to sit. Check! Parking lot. Check! Go see Jax and he'll take care of you!

I went here for the first time today just a few minutes ago and Desiree (apologies if i misspelled her name!) helped us out so much! she was so kind and sweet about accommodating a dairy allergy and gave us samples to try that were perfect for us! Overall she was just so kind and understanding and it was honestly one of the best experiences i've had in customer service in a very long time. Thank you so much Desiree!! we appreciate you.-Heather & SaraDietary restrictions: Very accommodating and had DELICIOUS options for dairy free which is something very new to us!
We decided to bring the kiddos in for some ice cream and it was close to closing but not closed they still had like 10-15 min but states their iPads shut off automatically but had girls had toLook at each other to come up with an excuse not to serve people really unprofessional . They just didn’t want to work past closing so they stated they were closed if you really enjoy your job you take people with kindness and respect ! Hope you think next time how you treat people ! Have a great night you shouldn’t have a job !!!!

I came in with my whole family at around 9:30. The 2 woman behind the counter claimed that the “IPads turn off automatically on their own.” Extremely unprofessional consider you could clearly see the iPads on and that they decided to clean up and close early. Some people are visiting from out of town! So thanks!

I was delighted to find that it was just as delicious as the first time.Jeremiah's Italian Ice has undoubtedly become my top choice for satisfying my sweet tooth.
