This is a wonderful restaurant for everyone with a variety of tasty meal options. But for me, a person with dietary restrictions, I found Kairos Jax a welcome change! I was pleased to discover I could make a protein food bowl full of nutritional foods that I could eat with my sensitive stomach. My bowl was so plentiful, I took half of it home. Walking in decor is beautiful. We were greeted with friendly service explaining how to order ( it’s fast casual). There are so many yummy sounding options on the menu but I went with the ricotta pancakes and breakfast tacos. Tacos were good but the pancakes were the Star. Light, airy and delicious. Will definitely be back.
