I ordered pizzas and wings to be picked up at 6pm. I get a message that they are ready for pick up at 3:45-4:00. I call them to say that it was for 6 and the person who answered said no it wasn’t, then just nothing…I said “so you’re not going to do anything about it so we will have paid right at $50 for cold disgusting pizza and wings that probably have salmonella now. I used to work there, the higherups(other than my GM) didn't care about anything but their numbers! Not enough hours of work and new hires were to get more pay per hour than workers who worked there longer!
Had a pick up order ... they forgot to give us some of my order when I got home my son asked for his stuff told him that’s all they gave me . Called the store supposedly talking to the store manager whatever her name was and told us that they would deliver the item but we would be charged a delivery fee 😡🤬 their mistake and I have to pay twice ??? We’ve order from this store at least 3-4 times a month for as long as they have been there 10 years at least !! NEVER AGAIN...read full review
