Tati was so amazing she made me the best matcha latte! Great customer service and the drink was so great it had just the right amount of ice.

This Starbucks Coffee Company offers a mix of experiences. The atmosphere is described as having kindness and smiles intertwined with diligently working employees, along with a comfortable outside patio and a well-designed dining area. However, some find it to be a basic coffee chain store experience, uniform and identical to other locations, with no atmosphere. The location can get very crowded with no place to sit when it is too cold to sit outside, and there is not nearly enough parking. The drive through is so long that the exit is blocked. Despite this, the staff is consistently noted as very nice. One supervisor went out of his way to help a customer pick coffee and food that was dairy free, even looking through the ingredients. Another employee was described as the sweetest, kind and outgoing, making customers feel happy. The food and drink were delicious, with a nice display of the food offerings. The chairs could be more comfortable, and the hanging display does not show everything. It is better to order ahead because this location does get busy.
