It took almost 15 minutes for a cup of tea. It felt like the hipster version of Starbucks. Very unappealing food selection. If you are looking for a slightly counter-culture vibe and have time to kill...Sago is the place for you.

Have been here a few times. The space is beautiful, well equipped, and offers different types of seating that are suitable for working or social visits. Coffee is decent and menu selection is good. But I have had unfriendly service most of the time here. It’s weird, like they’re annoyed by just ordering even though I am courteous. The food is okay. Toast is often over done. Burritos are grilled too long and taste a little burnt. I don’t dislike the place just wouldn’t rank it tops.

My friend ordered a bacon avocado bagel and forgot to ask for it without bacon. We went back up and asked if it could be remade, only to be told we would have to buy another $10 bagel so they could make one without bacon. Are you serious?? You can’t accommodate a customer on a simple bagel that costs about $1.50 to make? Other than that, the atmosphere is nice and modern. The food is good.

I got an iced lavender matcha latte. Asked for lavender cold foam and they said they couldn’t do that which I thought was strange. I’ve never gone to a coffee shop that couldn’t do cold foam. The two girls that were kind of rude. Didn’t make eye contact with me, no expression on her face. Didn’t tell me the total. Just waited for me to look and catch it myself. The vibe was just off. But the matcha was alright. The lids don’t fit the cups so when I got outside the lid came off as I went to take a sip and spilled all over me. I would not recommend this place and I wouldn’t come back.

One of those hipstery if you don’t fit the vibe they could care less. Coffee was really really bad. I got a cold nitro brew which I’ve had at many other cafes. Really extremely bitter. Sugar did nothing. No one even said oh maybe add a flavor shot. Gross won’t come back. Felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Being how it was my first time and first impression.

I have probably been here 10 times in the past year. Usually it is good. The new(?) guy with a bandaid on his head (dark curly hair, glasses) who incorrectly made my coffee was very rude when I came back to exchange it. He contested me when I asked for the exchange and when it was prepared he pushed it toward me with contempt instead of words. Being the polite person I try to be I said thank you clearly, which was met with silence. Should not be a front facing employee.
The açaí bowls were amazzzing the granola and peanut butter was soo good it tasted homemade and the strawberries were so good. Atmosphere was perfect for studying with lots of couches, a study room and standing tables too.
