The service provided was excellent, and the environment was clean. However, in my opinion the food was absolutely tasteless. I was completely stunned because the presentation of the food was appealing. But as soon as I took a bite, I felt completely shocked.Definitely the most tasteless “Mexican” food I’ve ever had (I am Mexican).

Tried the 10$ taco and it was so good! Best taco I've had in a long time, very filling. The chips and dips were also really good and fresh. Loved all the decor and how nice the server/owner was. Would definitely go again and have already recommended it to a few friends. 10/10

*Unprofessional staff*Had a softball team party of 15+ and was Very Rudely told by what I’m sure is an inexperienced 15yo staff member that we couldn’t use an extra table to finalize a team gift. due to needing the table for being busy. I’m a very understandable person who would have happily a lives but this young woman had the worst attitude and pretty much demanded we remove our stuff from the table. Train them right

We dined at this establishment for the first time today, and it was different compared to many other Mexican restaurants that we've been to before. The entrees were not very good in my opinion. My entire family was dissatisfied with everything we ordered and we never took more than two bites of our meal. We immediately let the waitress know that the food was not to our liking, and we would like to have everything removed except for our drinks and queso. A manager came to the table to better understand the issue. The direct experience with this gentleman is the only reason I'm leaving a review. He became argumentative and stated that everything we ordered had descriptions on the menu. That's fine, but it doesn't mean your food is going to taste well. The only reason I'm leaving this place 2 stars is because the queso is great. Customer service can make or break an establishment. The manager made the remark "I'm not getting business"...I would venture to say he's part of the problem.

First time eating at TacoLu’s. I couldn’t decide which taco to order so I ordered 4 different tacos. All 4 were delicious! Next time we are in Jacksonville we will certainly be going back.

The place just has a magical ambiance of fun. They have multiple area to sit, but we sat on the outdoor deck as the weather perfect. Im getting ahead of myself because the first encounter I had was with the handsome and polite valet attendants who were just so pleasant! Then our server was so fun and pleasant. We placed an order for guacamole and chips to get started. It was a was a work day for me, so despite the fact they have tremendous bar and tequila selection, I opted for unsweetened iced tea. I chose the $10 taco, which is really $5.99 with delicious filet and carnitas. It was all I needed! They have tons of tacos to choose from plus street corn, entrees, and such. All was delicious!

Great pork and mahi tacos. Great tequilas selection. Our server, Spencer, was a real pro and on top of every little detail.Don’t like the valet but was able to find parking myself.
