While communicating was slower than desirable at the beginning, he & his team worked hard to deliver. Once we started planning, he was responsible, responsive, thorough, and kind to make suggestions that fit the context of the occasion without being "selling you the most expensive stuff." He showed up slightly earlier (which I appreciated), ready to roll, and sat up everything to the T! The food was fresh, delicious, and a hit with every single guest.
