This is my doggo Chance. He was a Reacue and he was awesome. We had to have him put to sleep yesterday he was only 5 years old. I walked into Tropical Smoothie in Jacksonville Beach last night to get myself some dinner after a very long, very difficult day. This was my second attempt to regain my confidence in this place, totally disappointed me again. They have left something out in one of my smoothies the past THREE visits!! I won’t be back for awhile. Seems like a bunch of immature kids operating the place. They even messed the guys smoothie up that was in front of me, as well as mine. Smoothie King here I come!
Update 10/18: tried it again after a month and totally disappointed again. I’ll never be back to this location.
Go to the Atlantic & Kernan location if you want the right food.

I ordered 3 sandwiches, 3 bags of chips and a smoothie.
One of the sandwiches was supposed to be a chicken pesto flatbread but instead, they gave me a bbq chicken flatbread. I also ordered 2 bags of bbq chips and a bag of salt and vinegar...they gave me 2 bags of sea salt and one bag of bbq!

Customers can enjoy a cool and healthy alternative to beat the summer heat. The chicken pesto wrap is a treat. Rice can sometimes be hard, but mashed potatoes are decent. Chicken is cooked well with seasoning. The staff is amazing, and some employees are super nice, efficient, and professional. However, some staff can be unprofessional and rude, and the phones may not be answered during busy times.
