The best ice cream around! You will not be disappointed. My favorite is the vanilla whittie, but the flavor of the day is always a great option too!

LOVE this location and choices! Sitting outside is so nice. Staff is 4/5 (didn't seem to care much (the register person) but the rest is amazing, thanks for staying in Jax Beach for us!

This was mine and my husband first coming to Whit’s Custard and I can honestly stay it was a great experience. I needed help choosing a dessert for hubs and the ladies were SO helpful (bonus points because he loves his strawberry shortcake custard 😏). Thank you for the awesome customer service… After covid I’ve given up hope with the direction customer service has been heading in BUT you all were the exception.

Lower standards than any other whits in jax. Might as well go to MayDay if you want a good beach ice cream, dessert.

I became obsessed with Whit's when I was visiting family in Ohio. I'm so excited to be able to get it closer to home - i live in Coastal GA. Whit's frozen custard is the yummiest, creamiest ice cream! Ever!
The service is always great!

Very disappointed with our visit on Valentine’s Day. My daughter ordered a mini strawberry cheesecake but was given a scoop of ice cream with toppings instead. She also wanted the mini flavor of the month but was told only smalls were available—yet she ended up with a large. On top of that, my mini scoop wasn’t even mixed or filled properly. Spent $15 on the wrong order, and all they said was ‘sorry.’ Feels like we were ripped off. Won’t be coming back.

Love this place! Our regular Sunday night treat is two HeathBar Whitsers. The young people working there are always super friendly. Tonight they accommodated a special order for us. So nice!

I went here to get some icecream and had a great experience. The employee Caitlyn was the reason for the great experience. She was the kindest person and best customer experience I’ve ever had.she made us feel welcome and valued at this Whit’s. I will be coming back to this location so I can experience the great customer service again.
