Every time I visit, the food, drinks, and pastries are always delicious! The Elena Ruth sandwich is so flavorful. The maduros and chai latte are also great. My favorites are the guava and cheese pastry and the guava pastry. They have so much filling and are incredible! The staff is also always so friendly and they're bilingual. The patio is such a cute place to eat brunch.

Great place to grab a great tasting sandwich or coffee ☕️ the rellenos de yuca are to die for. The only gripe if any was the mustard in the sandwich was kind of bitter tasting.

I usually come to this restaurant because the food is always amazing and I genuinely love it here. They close at 4, and I arrived at 3:27 to order, but the cashier Liss had a horrible attitude from the moment we walked in, she didn’t even greet us. Instead, she basically told us we couldn’t dine in because they were about to close mind you there was 40 min left and I didn’t had a big party or a group it was only two rice plates. Honestly, next time they should let people know not to come an hour before closing if they’re not going to provide good service or allow customers to dine in, and it honestly caught me off guard because the service here is always outstanding.

Always a friendly staff. Great customer service, Pamela always pleasantly greets me and preps my order. They get very busy at times. The food is good. I'm big on the sandwiches, Cuban coffee and pastries. Highly recommend

The food was mediocre for authentic Cuban cuisine, and the customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed disengaged, standing around without communicating or checking in with customers. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations.

Hands down, best cafe con leche in Jacksonville!
And we love their empanadas and Cuban pastries!
Their sandwiches and lunch/dinner items never disappoint, but the coffee is exceptional!
