one the employees here was VERY rude, i donāt know her name because she would not tell me but yall need to put your employees in check because she was very disrespectful twords me and even rolled her eyes at me after giving me my drink wrong. she was short, brown eyes, lots of freckles, brown hair and a chubby figure. never coming back here again disgusting behavior and coffee.

My daughter purchased my grandson a smoothie. When he was at the end of it he found a bunch of the tabs from their energy drinks in his cup!! I need someone to call me or my daughter today. We both left messages on the ācorporate ā voicemail but no one has called and my review from yesterday has ādisappeared ā
Iāve been here three times now and each and every time they get our order wrong. Iām pretty sure the person who takes the order is doing it correctly but either the person who brings the drinks out or whomever is making the order brings out the wrong drinks every time. Then when we tell the people either one or both of our drinks are wrong they tell us those are the correct drinks.
However we taste them and neither one is what we ordered. So either my taste buds are wrong every single time or the people in the back just donāt care.. (itās more than likely the latter). Gonna try and go back one more time and maybe we will get the correct drinks.

Went out of my way to buy a coffee here since I heard about it. My car pulled up on the left lane then 2 other cars pulled up after. The girl with the iPad looked at us and then went to the 2nd car that pulled up. Okay. No worries. It was closer. Then she started taking orders of 2 other cars behind it. And then took the order of the car behind us. Nope. Will not be giving my hard earned money if you pick and choose who to serve. Luckily the line moved so we left peacefully. I didn't want to let the 2 young man at the front be bothered so we didn't say anything. Just do you job

I've been to a few locations and the coffee is not good. Customer service: the customer service at Every location was good however at this location my order was wrong. The rewards program is decent. The lemonade is overpriced and disgusting.
