I went here for first time since dont normally get to Westside Im in line now and the entire area around this place smells like crap, good lord. I dont know what is going on in there but why are they open with this smell?! If its the garbage that's this bad why is it right near the customer lanes?
My drink was not good either. It tasted like someone dropped a little bit of flavoring into water. I dont know if ill be. back

Our first time here and oh my goodness their LARGE is LARGE for frozen Carmel lattes!!!! So worth the price!!! I can't wait to try other coffees or drinks💜
Today was a free day at this new drive-thru facility. It was packed, but it was quick and I appreciate the friendly faces and the helpfulness of one young lady that talk me through with the order and I received a Matcha iced coffee.

Let me start by saying the drinks are good. However, this was our first time ever trying 7Brew and the lady taking our order was completely clueless and no help at all when we asked for recommendations. We had no menu to look at, no flavor list since the line was so long. So we basically just got a vanilla chai and the only hot drink she could recommend since she said she didn't drink coffee (which the lid on that drink didn't even stay on so it couldn't be drank until we got home and put it in a different cup) . Even if you don't drink coffee you should still be able to recommend some popular drinks to someone who has never been. We will try a different location next time and hope for a better experience.
