A1 did the catering for my mothers after funeral lunch. They did such a fabulous job. Everyone wanted to know who catered the event. We had a special request for Irish food, and they accommodated us with the most delicious corn beef and cabbage, and also, they made some delicious chicken salad sandwiches for those who didn’t want that. They provided many other delicious items that they prepared and brought and set up. I would highly recommend A1 catering as they were so easy to work with.

Absolutely horrendous food, A1 catering had the worst service I think I have ever recieved from ANY company! There was even a hair in my wife's dish (she might have been lying, had to knock her around the head a few times at home) and the guy that was working the stand (nametag said Nick) was incredibly rude about it! Even when I was leaving I saw how unprofessional they were, disgusting van that looked like someone was living in it! Overall I would rate it 0/10 and would not recommend for anyone! Choose another caterer.

A-1 does a fabulous job catering my professional lunches. They are prompt, fairly priced and I always get a ton of compliments on the food. The office managers later tell me they started using them to cater their own events. I have no hesitation recomending them for any catering needs.

We attended a Wedding that was catered by A1 catering. The food was outstanding; from the delicious appetizers, to the divine main dishes, to the delectable desserts. The ingredients were fresh and everything was made from scratch. The food was displayed in a visually appealing manner. We can’t speak more highly about A1 Catering!

PATRONS BEWARE. The owner of this facility is paying people to write 5 Star Reviews. This place used to be at 1.7 stars and for good reason. The owner and the majority of the staff are unhelpful, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. I cannot stress enough, if you're looking for a professional catering company, take your business elsewhere. I've hosted two events with them servicing and I had complaints about the food quality and host attitudes towards my guests BOTH times. I don't like writing negative reviews but I felt inclined to after a person got sick at an event last week.

He has prepared gluten-free & vegan meals in addition to my normal catering.My offices love his chicken marsala, green beans, sweet butter & hummus. He always serves a beautiful salad as well! You definitely can’t go wrong with A1 Catering!

I am with a Reserve Marine Corps unit and have worked with AJ and A-1 Catering for 2 years. They have catered about 200 meals monthly for us and we have never been disappointed. They have gone out of their way many times to deliver food to us a various training sites. During the height of COVID, they were even able to accommodate us with individually packaged meals to be more sanitary. I highly recommend A-1 Catering.
