Super friendly staff, flavor rich food, amazing coffee. Don't be afraid to try new things, I couldn't pronounce any of what I ate but that didn't stop me. We will be back!

What a gem! First time here and we will be back! The food was perfect- delicious , fresh, perfectly spiced. Service was friendly and quick. This place was awesome! We’ve had Ethiopian food in many places and I would rate this right up there with the best!

This food is amazing, very tasty with a flavor that you won’t find anywhere else. Completely recommend. This is a mom and pops spot that deserve a “Michelin preferred resataurant”.I don’t write many reviews, but this is a most go.

I ordered to go for the veggie combo, doro wot and tibbs. The veggie combo was delicious, the doro wot had two bites of chicken in it along with the egg. For some odd reason both the tibbs and doro wot tasted sweet. Almost as if they added sugar or something. Sadly I won’t be going back there. I’ll stick to my other Ethiopian restaurants in Jax. For reference I’ve had Ethiopian food numerous times before and in different states and food was always consistent except here.

My wife and I each got the vegan combo. Each part of the combo was delicious, but my favorite was the atakilt we’t. Serving size was good too—had enough leftovers for an extra meal

The food is delicious and now they are offering 100% gluten-free injera bread, made with teff and not mixed with any wheat. Double check before you go, but I spoke with the owner about it. She was super nice and informative. The food is excellent. Highly recommended!

I was a little nervous trying out a new type of food but it quickly went away. The woman who served us was friendly and cooked the food fresh. It was delicious and highly recommend trying Ethiopian food! My girlfriend also loved the Ethiopian honey wine. We will be coming back.
Love this place. If you're looking for a fun, delicious variation to the weekly food routine, I definitely recommend this place. Be prepared to eat with your hands and maybe look up injera if you are unfamiliar with the food. The portions are large and the vegetarian comes with a variety dishes. :D
Food is amazing and fresh. This was my second time dining in at this establishment. I was so excited to bring friends along who have never eaten Ethiopian food before. We had the vegetarian combo and the beef and collards. Driving from Gaineville to Jacksonville for the food was worth it lol
Amazing food and service. Haven’t had traditional Ethiopian food for 13 years and this hit the spot. Will be back a lot more. Thank you so much!
