ice machine is never working anymore, and if you buy a drink without knowing that, well you're out of luck because they also don't do refunds!!

I never visited the prior location because I didn't feel viable. However, now that the business is in the Bank of America building, I really like it. There is a small dining area if you want to eat there. The menu feels a little overwhelming especially when other customers arrive and you feel the pressure to "just order and move on!" The sandwich I ordered was great and I'm looking forward to exploring more of the menu.

Food is fresh. Service is quick. My go to downtown.

Consistent, cheap, and good food. Nice people too.

Ordered two breakfast wraps and received hot sauce instead of Salsa for my side option. I called the owner of the deli and was very rudely hung up on while trying to discuss my order with him. Decent place with decent prices that after a few times was on the verge of making my lunch spot downtown. But after the terrible service from the owner I will definitely never be back again. Very very rude.

I eat here almost daily. Always great. Good, fresh food at reasonable prices. Fast and friendly service too.

A great quick lunch spot with very tasty sandwiches and potato salad. Come after the lunch rush for a quiet lunch spot.

This place sucks now. It was much better at the old spot before it moved into the Bank of America building.

The big pro in favor of this place is price — more affordable than many downtown lunch options. I had the gyro, which tasted ok but could have used some sauce or seasoning to elevate the flavor more.

I go here almost every day on my lunch break. The chicken Parmesan sub is really good. The employees are nice, and the location couldn’t be more convenient.
