The food is pretty high quality Italian, especially since we are in Florida. The service, however, is abysmal. The two young kids working there were doing well given the horrendous conduct of the two older women working. Those women were screaming across the restuarant, snapping at the younger servers, and all around just not keeping up with the few tables they had. There were about 7 tables when we sat down, and towards the end of our meal there was maybe 3. It was absurd to watch these grown women run around like chickens without their heads. I am not sure who the manager of this establishment is but they need to start looking for a replacement because clearly they are not qualified for this position. I firmly believe that this restaurant has extreme potential, but the lack of proper management and the mess of a staff severly hindered our experience. The entire staff would benefit from a training course on basic customer service and general etiquette in public places. I hope this establishment can turn their staff issues around, they would be extremely successful if they did.

I've seen pics of Ale Pie House and I've been dying to take my boyfriend and son. It was such a let down from the atmosphere to the service. Now don't get me wrong I gave this place 3 stars because it was 100% mediocre. I ordered the chicken picatta, my son ordered the chicken Parm, and my bf ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and we had the bacon cheese fries for an appetizer (great food presentation). My chicken picatta had such an overwhelming wine tang you could not get any of the other flavors. Like someone just poured wine over it. If you cook with wine you'll know what I mean. The other dishes were just ok. Now the atmosphere was such a weird vibe. So quiet, no music and it almost seemed like there was a problem within the staff. As their whole attitudes towards each other was passive aggressive. Just weird. Unfortunately it was a one and done for us. Could've just been an off night for them. Price was good, our bill was just under $90 for 3 adults.

It's a shame to be writing a negative review on this place because the food was actually pretty decent. Unfortunately the owner lacks any sense of customer service and seems to care less if people want to come back again in the future. I got one of their Groupons to take my wife out for a nice lunch. I mentioned this to the server before the meal just to be sure, and everything was good with our meal. Then the server mentioned that the Groupon was "misleading" and that it wasn't actually redeemable for 2 Seafood Combos (despite being extremely clear on the Groupon offer itself). I asked to speak with the owner, and he seemed dead set on just telling us we were wrong instead of making something right for his customers. He gaslit us, telling us that the Groupon is wrong and that we had to pay $20 more, even though that would result in us receiving practically no discount at all over menu price. He feigned ignorance about how Groupon works, despite also telling us he's been working with them for 12 years. He ended up kicking us out of the restaurant and accusing us of being "the kind of people who go around scamming restaurants". It's a shame, the restaurant has potential, but there is no excuse for treating your customers that way over a mistake you made.

Well after sitting here from 19:10 is ok weiting for few I told a emploe tell my service we ready to order no one come well got up at 20:15 and weto an other place Lola's and sit by 20:20 and order by 20:28 look you need to fix this ok I just drink water nothing else Ale you need to be more active on you service and yes lean please ok I will call later wend ever I have time

We had the stuffed manicotti and a pepperoni pizza at lunch 5 yeinglin and a sweet tea 6 $62.00 at lunch? 3 manicotti in supposed to be marinara sauce$3 extra . The sauce I think came out of a bucket. No garlic no onion no oregano. Tasteless. Won't be back.

I order the chicken parm and it was not a fresh chicken breast more of a frozen chicken patty if you aren’t going to be using a real chicken cutlet and instead used some processed one you should tell this to your guest.
The saving grace were the wings and cheesy bread.

Found this place looking for good pasta places.. turns out it has the best pasta, pizza and bread I have EVER had! Will definitely come here again in the near future!!
